The story of Najwa, a teenage girl who has been HIV+ since birth, grows up as a normal teenager in pursuit of her dreams in life but faces discrimination from her friends at college, especially Raihana, until two men appear, Arman and Yazi, who may change her destiny. Najwa (Afifah Nasir) whose mother and father have died since birth has been defended by her aunt Mak Jenab (Aleza Shadan) with full of love. Najwa is often insulted by Raihana (Ryry Ryun) because of her poverty and illness. However, Najwa is always looked after by the head supervisor, Arman (Alif Muhaimin) who has feelings for her. After getting good results in SPM, Najwa continued her studies. But bad luck cannot be avoided when Najwa finds out that Raihana is her roommate in college. Unexpectedly, Arman also continued his studies at the same college as Najwa and Raihana.
