KING-CHANG receives an email from someone called TONY, and in the email, there is a balance sheet of the entertainment company with fabricated data. YAT-HONG meets up with other board members in secret, seeking to vote KING-CHANG out of the board of directors. WING-LAM suspects that TONY should be one of the senior members of the SFC's management. According to her, WAI-LEUNG will take full responsibility and plead guilty in KING-CHANG's stead if the fake balance sheet ends up in the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC).
